Partnering with MTK Consulting, RM Watson was responsible for delivering a full structural upgrade to the beachside apartment complex at 85 Dee Why Parade, Dee Why. Specific works carried out to help modernise and refresh the structure included:
RM Watson’s long-standing experience in delivering works on tenanted sites was key in the successful delivery of works at 85 Dee Why Parade. The access system implemented across the project was designed to minimise the impact of the work on occupants while still reducing the overall construction programme. Works were accessed over 2 stages via fixed scaffolding erected around the perimeter of the building. The scaffolding design was configured to ensure normal use of the communal driveway and individual unit garages were maintained.
The effects of RM Watson’s efforts on site resulted in a refreshed apartment block in the heart of Dee Why, ensuring the usability and enjoyment of the asset for many years to come.
