RM Watson has been engaged by the Owners of Strata Plan 54893 to deliver a large-scale façade remedial project at 37 Victor Street, Chatswood. The mixed-use residential and hotel tower consists of 202 individual units and is located in the heart of Chatswood.

Works to be completed across the duration of the project include:

  • 1500m2 of balcony refurbishment works
  • Replacement of 350 curved balustrade glazing panels
  • 10,000 litres of concrete façade repairs
  • Re-coating of the entire facade

Due to the size and footprint of this site, RM Watson has had to establish a unique access system utilising a combination of scaffolding, swing stage and rope access to complete the required works across the facade.

Project delivery is being closely managed by the RM Watson project management team to ensure works progress as efficiently and safely as possible in line with RM Watson’s comprehensive COVID-19 Management Plan.
