RM Watson has been engaged to deliver a comprehensive façade upgrade of the heritage listed, Royal Naval House & Johnson Buildings located in Sydney’s CBD.
Works to be completed across the project include:
- Removal, repair and reinstatement of the original steel framed and timber windows across both buildings
- Cleaning and re-pointing of original sandstone blocks and brickwork
- Painting of all exposed surfaces across the Royal Naval House using an acrylic membrane system
- Repainting of all steel elements across the Johnson Buildings
Works are currently underway with practical completion scheduled for September 2022.
